Idaho businesses that sell tobacco products or electronic smoking devices must comply with Idaho's "Prevention of Minors' Access to Tobacco" law and must train employees to refuse the sale of these products to customers under 21. By law, any employee who sells tobacco or electronic smoking devices must sign a Department of Health and Welfare Employee Training form indicating that they understand the state law's requirements.
